A pool of candidates like no other. The Brainbench Candidate Database is now available to you for FREE, and will be kept FREE indefinitely. The Candidate Database allows you to easily view the transcripts of literally MILLIONS of candidates who have completed Brainbench assessments and have expressed interest in new employment opportunities. The following are just a few examples of the types of searches you can conduct through the Candidate Database:

• Search based on the skill set (Java, Typing, Listening Skills, etc.) you are looking for by region (e.g. within 40 miles of Montgomery, Alabama)


• Search based on specific scores for a skill set to identify the top performers


• Search internationally -- Brainbench pre-qualified candidates can be found in every country in the world


• Search based on candidate recency (when their account was last accessed)

Both active and some passive jobseekers can make their contact information available. They represent most candidates in the database. Furthermore, we've added the capability for many passive jobseekers who do not want their contact information to be made available, to be contacted by you through an e-business card that you leave with them.
