Care for Customers

Brainbench provides timely support for our customers. Heres what you can expect:

Immediately After the Order:

  • Account activation within 1 business day (for standard orders)
  • Telephone and email support
  • Invitation to attend web-based training session (20 mins)
  • The Brainbench Partner's logo is affixed to the top of the customer account

Customer Training:

Customers are highly encouraged to participate in a 20-minute account orientation session. While Brainbench products do not require training to use immediately, customers who attend the brief session get more value from the Brainbench assessment capability. They also have a higher renewal rate, a higher up-sales and cross-sale rate, and they require less customer support.

Brainbench requires Brainbench Partners to attend the account orientation with their customer. This provides for a better relationship between the Brainbench Partner and the end customer and improves the customers reliance on the Brainbench Partner for their assessment needs.

Customer Support:

E-mail: support@brainbench.com
Phone: 703-674-3500
Business Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time (GMT-5)

Renewals and Add-on Sales:

Brainbench Partners are provided customer account activity details for their customers. This information will help the Brainbench Partner understand the customers test-usage so that the Partner can provide better service and add value to the assessment project with their own services.

Examples of Using Assessment Data to Grow Your Business:

A Brainbench Partner can monitor a customers test credit usage and see that they will run out of credits in 1 month at their current rate of use and prompt the customer to make a bigger purchase to take advantage of volume pricing.

A Brainbench Partner in the IT staffing industry in Chicago observed a customer testing a lot of Java programmers and saw that their candidate scores were average for the Chicago area. The rep approached the customer about helping him find and provide candidates that had higher test scores.

A Brainbench Partner in the training consulting industry recommended very specific changes to her customers training plans based on aggregate skills analysis conducted with Brainbench reports.
