Interview Guides
New product takes hold
In late 2005, we introduced Interview Guides designed to help the interviewer maximize the value of the interview. The Guides include interview questions, a task checklist, interviewing tips, and much more. Best of all, the Guides are specific to the job. There are about 150 different guides, one for each job title we cover. View a Sample Guide.
Although relatively new, the Guides are gaining popularity quickly with our customers. Hundreds have already been downloaded this month (January) covering 61 different job types from Accountants to Computer Programmers. The Guides are free to customers who have purchased at least 1,000 credits or more in an employer account, and can be accessed form the left navigation bar ($399 for unlimited access otherwise).
"This is a great tool on how to conduct a professional, thorough interview to get the right information. A structured approach to a key step in the hiring process. Impressive!"
Bruce Jeffrey, CEO, Priority Advantage
Candidate Database
Still a free service to our customers
In 2005, the first full year that the Candidate Database has been available to clients, over 2500 customers combed through the only database of pre-qualified candidates of its kind. With millions of individuals having come to Brainbench to test their skills and improve their job prospects, Brainbench is in a unique position to bring candidates and employers together. A free service to all our customers, it's a service clients have come to rely upon.
"Our success with Brainbench's database has been incredible. Being able to comb through a large database of hundreds of pre-qualified Brainbench certified candidates within a few miles of my client's location makes my recruiting efforts much more effective."
