Development: The Test Management System (TMS) takes a life-cycle approach to developing assessments. Beginning with the job task analysis and continuing through posting to production, test developers can use a single interface to manage all phases of the test development process.
Structure: The Brainbench test engine is designed to administer 32 different test types and multiple item types. In addition, customers can use existing Brainbench content, third party content (Hogan), or post their own assessment content.
Administration: Brainbench tests can be administered online or in a proctored setting using a secure web-based application. Once an assessment has been completed, the test is immediately scored, and the results are posted to the customer's account.
